**About Our Client**:
Our client a highly successful and growing business based in Redhill, Surrey are currently recruiting for a Billings Administrator / Adviser to join the team.
As the Billings Administrator/Adviser you will be responsible for:
- Handling and streamlining all billing process thresholds, rejections and exceptions throughout the Billing process, with a focus on billing accuracy and providing first in class customer service.
- Support on expected read volumes and upload times to ensure continuous Billing.
- Improve safeguarding of company revenue through enhanced revenue protection processes, ensuring outgoing payments meet requirements and remain in line with company policy.
- Monitoring all payment plans to maximise revenue and cash collections.
- Provide advice and support to our customers and colleagues, helping them manage accounts effortlessly.
- Engaging with a range of billing scenarios daily with a key focus on customer satisfaction, complaint prevention and resolution.
- Resolve customer billing queries within required SLA to protect revenue and enhance customer experience.
- Support accurate billing by ensuring bills are of a high standard and right first time.
- Maintaining bill accuracy if adjustments or corrections are required.
- Actively supporting our metering programme within the company's billing processes, ensuring all necessary steps are completed
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Billing or Credit Control / Debt Collection would be desirable, Administration, Customer Service background also considered
- Experience of working in an organisation demonstrating Revenue protection awareness is desirable but not essential
- Billing and scheduling processes and process exceptions and account administration is desirable but not essential
- Strong IT skills and ideally Strong Excel skills
- Ability to write clear and concise English
- Possess good listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to work flexibly
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload
- Ability to make effective decisions within established procedure
- Good organisational skills
**What's on Offer**:
- Salary £24,000 - £27,000 dependent upon skills and experience
- 25 days holiday
- Hybrid Working Offered after the Probation period - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
