Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled production operative with expertise in sewing machine operation to join our dynamic production team. This role involves performing garment repairs using a variety of equipment, including sewing machines, overlockers, and press stud machines.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with sewing machines and garment repairs, as well as the ability to perform a variety of repair tasks, adapting to different situations and requirements.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and bank holidays as required. The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 per annum, based on 36.40 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform garment repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Operate sewing machines and other equipment safely and effectively
- Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries accurately and promptly
- Work on production lines and repair stations as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
