About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifetime Quality Records Lead to join our team at Assystem. As a key member of our Programme Delivery team, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing the Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR) process and system for a major programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • LTQR Process Development: Develop and own the LTQR strategy and process for the programme, ensuring compliance with approved processes and procedures.
  • Document Management: Manage electronic and hard copy document management systems, including the creation of master document templates and forms as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for LTQR activities with stakeholders, including project personnel and clients.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training on LTQR processes and procedures to future project LTQR staff.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare data reports on document status for the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: ONC/HNC in an Engineering discipline, CCNSG Safety Passport, and excellent IT skills with experience in EDMS and metadata schemas.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience with EDMS automation and LTQR records control, 3-5 years in a Quality role within industries like Energy, Manufacturing, Defence, or Project Delivery.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in large-scale projects in regulated sectors, such as nuclear or EPC projects, and leadership experience in a Joint Venture or Alliance environment.
