We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LTQR (Lifetime Quality Records) Lead to join our team at KBR, Inc. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the LTQR process and ensuring the collation of records for major projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Define Requirements: Utilize designated Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to define LTQR requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for LTQR activities with stakeholders.
- Document Management: Manage electronic and hard copy document management systems.
- Configuration Control: Oversee the distribution and end-to-end configuration control of documents.
- Prepare Data Reports: Prepare data reports on document status for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Excellent document management skills and experience of EDMS and metadata schemas.
- Effective communication skills and stakeholder management.
This position is hybrid with 3 days per week at the office in Glasgow City Centre.
