Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company's culture and values in all recruitment efforts.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices are in line with company policies, as well as legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for finding and engaging top talent.
