Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. You will also conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all recruitment practices are in line with company policies and legal and ethical standards
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruitment, HR, or a related field. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment is also essential.
