Job Description

About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Lead will report to the Quality Manager and be responsible for the Lifetime Quality Records Process and Collation of records for a major programme.

  • Manage electronic and hard copy document management systems.
  • Oversee the distribution and end-to-end configuration control of documents.
  • Prepare data reports on document status for the Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing the project LTQR system to capture mandatory document properties for site, commissioning, etc.
  • Collaborating with the Quality Department and Senior Project Managers to ensure LTQRs are submitted per contract requirements.
  • Being well-versed in the Scope of Work, Contract Specifications, Nuclear and CIP Standards, drawings, and procedures.
  • Coordinating with project personnel and clients to establish LTQR procedures and systems.
  • Providing procedural and database management training to future project LTQR staff.
  • Establishing a platform for exchanging LTQR data between Programme Suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with CCNSG Safety Passport requirements.
  • Developing effective communication and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in document management and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in Quality Assurance and document control.
  • Experience in large-scale projects in regulated sectors, such as nuclear or EPC projects.
  • Proven experience in managing electronic and hard copy document management systems.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
