We are recruiting a Learning Mentor to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted support to students and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Key Tasks:
- To work closely with the pastoral care team to promote positive behaviour and provide targeted support to students.
- To create and implement personalized learning plans to meet the needs of students with diverse learning requirements.
- To assist class teachers and support staff in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in education or a related field.
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate and two professional references.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: £95-£110 per day.
