We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning Mentor at The Complete Works Independent School. As a Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of vulnerable young people.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, ideally with SEN or SEMH, and be able to teach up to KS3 or KS4 level with support. A strong literacy and numeracy skills is also essential for this role.

You will be part of a supportive and friendly culture, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and regular socials. Our school offers a competitive pay rate, starting at £20-25 per hour, depending on experience, with regular progression and a chance to positively influence the lives of vulnerable children.
