We are looking for a driven business development manager with strong sales experience who can drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets for a range of security products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients within the designated territory.
  • Prepare client reports and participate in client meetings.
  • Allocate with onsite engineers and manage through to completion.
  • Proactively manage own workload and prioritise action where required.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have exposure and skillsets in sales and commercial awareness, KPI and commission-driven, industry experience in security sales, technical building knowledge, organisation skills, communication, software proficiency, and willingness to travel. They should also be familiar with CRM systems, MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and able to adapt to other software design systems.

Benefits

This Security Sales Executive role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus bonus structure, 20 days holiday excluding bank holidays, rising to 22 days after 2 years and to 25 days after 5 years, pension scheme, free onsite parking, and company pension scheme. The locality of this role includes Stonehouse, Stroud, Nailsworth, Cam, Dursley, Gloucester, and Cheltenham.
