This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our maintenance and facilities team, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and excellence. As a Property and Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and achieving challenging performance targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • a minimum of 3 years managing a maintenance/facilities team;\
  • a minimum of 5 years hands-on maintenance and facilities experience;\
  • auditing, risk assessment, and reporting experience;\
  • commercial acumen in negotiating and dealing with suppliers;\
  • Fire Marshall training;\
  • a strong command of the English language - both written and verbal;\
  • strong computer skills and digital dexterity;\
  • experience in using Customer Relationship Management systems and databases;\
  • a genuine desire to make a difference and help disadvantaged individuals have meaningful and purposeful lives.\
