About the Job:We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in health and social care to oversee the daily operations of our domiciliary care services. As a Registered Manager, you will be expected to lead by example, promote a culture of excellence, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of domiciliary care services, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and coordinate staff schedules.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.
- At least 2 years' experience in a senior management role within health and social care.
- Demonstrated expertise in care planning, risk assessments, and medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
