About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at H&T Pawnbrokers. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading a team of outstanding store colleagues and ensuring the smooth running of daily processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of store colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including managing stock, cash handling, and customer transactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
