About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for helping to lead a team of outstanding store colleagues and ensuring the smooth running of daily processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of store colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and security procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a team leader or deputy manager role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays.
