About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team and creating a fantastic place to shop and work
  • Maximise sales and performance across all primary KPIs, with the support of your Store Manager
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure excellent customer service, reflecting our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'
