About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the store in their absence.
- Involved in all aspects of the store's running, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team and creating a fantastic place to shop and work.
- Provide exceptional customer service, reflecting our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'.
