Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including stock control, recruitment, and store standards.
- Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, working closely with the Store Manager and other members of the management team.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that all colleagues are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and meet the needs of our customers.
- Minimum of 1 year's management experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high standards and great results in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Passionate about retail and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
