Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, developing our team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of store colleagues to achieve sales and service targets.
- Develop and implement store strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure seamless store operations and effective inventory management.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a team leader or deputy manager role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays.
