About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at our new store in Beckenham. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for leading the store in the absence of the Store Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Lead the store management team to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage stock control and store standards
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives
