Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships. They will be responsible for defining and implementing our commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to refine our go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to achieve long-term sustainable growth.

Market Development:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners across various countries in Europe.
  • Lead negotiations for high-value partnerships.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute business plans aimed at achieving sales targets and revenue growth in existing and new markets.
Requirements:

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Based in Europe, with frequent travel required.
