About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Associate Marketplaces Director to join our team at Visualsoft, a leading eCommerce provider. As a key member of our Marketplaces team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, working with them on marketplace strategy and growth across multiple platforms, including Amazon and eBay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, developing and executing marketplace strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketplace trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketplace strategies and provide expert guidance on marketplace-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for future growth.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, including their products, services, and target markets.
  • Provide expert guidance on marketplace-related matters, including strategy development, account management, and client communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketplaces, preferably with a focus on Amazon and eBay.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace strategies, including account management, client communication, and business development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the eCommerce industry and market trends.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest marketplace trends, best practices, and technologies.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in other digital media channels, such as social media or email marketing.
  • Confidence using Google Suite or other productivity tools.
