About the Role

Bright Selection Ltd is proud to offer a challenging and rewarding position as a Nurse Home Manager at one of their newly acquired elderly care homes in Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management and be committed to delivering high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the team in maintaining the highest standards of care and achieving Good CQC outcomes.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to monitor service quality and address areas for improvement.
  3. Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Nursing (RGN) and management qualifications (RN / L5 / L4)
  • Valid NMC registration and strong knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Proven experience in nursing home management
Compensation and Benefits
  • A generous salary package including a base salary of £82,500 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses
