Senior Business Transformation Project Lead

About the Role: Due to rapid company success and growth, our client is seeking an experienced Senior level/Lead Business Transformation Project Lead. The role will be based in the company Head Office, mainly working on business change projects, with a couple of technology projects on the horizon including asset management and finance system changes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with all levels of staff across the business in a friendly, confident, clean, and concise manner.
* Work and manage third parties and external suppliers.
* Deliver full end-to-end project management on a variety of small to large projects, including requirement gathering and successful project delivery in a timely fashion, setting clear goals and objectives by writing clear project plans.
* Assist the Head of Programme Management Office in the running and maintenance of the PMO function across the business.
* Lead/supervise two Project Managers by coaching, mentoring, and identifying training requirements.
* Assist with one-to-ones and be a point of escalation as required, sharing knowledge and leading by example.

The role offers hybrid working of two days in the office and three days working from home per week, with occasional visits to the Bristol office.
