Senior Business Transformation Project Lead

Due to rapid company success and growth, our client is seeking an experienced Senior level/Lead Business Change Project Manager to join their team.
The role will be based in the company Head Office, primarily working on business change projects, with occasional involvement in technology projects, including asset management and finance system changes.
As a Senior Business Transformation Project Lead, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with all levels of staff across the business, working with third parties and external suppliers, and managing full end-to-end project management on various small to large projects.
You will assist the Head of Programme Management Office in the running and maintenance of the PMO function across the business, while also leading/supervising two Project Managers by coaching, mentoring, and identifying training requirements.

The role offers hybrid working, with two days in the office and three days working from home per week, and occasional visits to the Bristol office.
Key skills and experience include:
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Business Change Project Manager
- Experience of working on technical systems change projects
- Strong experience of project governance and writing a clear project plan
- Experience of requirement gathering and full end-to-end project management
- Strong senior Stakeholder Management experience
- Ideal Prince 2 or Lean Six Sigma qualified
- Experience of mentoring, coaching, leading other Project Managers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Intermediate in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Collaborative team player across the business
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Motivating, encouraging with great listening skills
