As a seasoned programme management professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving primary care transformation within our organisation. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our portfolio of programmes, with a strong focus on primary care commissioning assurance, PMO maturity development, data strategy development, team development, and financial management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading assurance functions, developing data strategies, and managing teams to achieve strategic objectives. You will be responsible for providing line of sight on programme and project delivery, thinking strategically, and acting proactively to ensure alignment and minimize silos.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the assurance function for primary care commissioning activities
  • Developing the INP data strategy to improve regional and ICB oversight
  • Contributing to the development of the business of NHS Employers and business development opportunities
  • Ensuring team activity aligns with the strategic direction of the organisation
