About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead the sourcing and implementation of a new CRM solution for our client, a fast-growing financial services company.

This is a critical role in transforming how the business manages client relationships, and we are looking for a skilled professional to drive this project forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Needs Analysis: Conduct a detailed analysis of CRM needs, working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements.
  • Project Scope Definition: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • CRM Solution Selection: Research, evaluate, and lead the selection of the best-fit CRM solution and implementation partner.
  • Implementation and Configuration: Oversee the CRM configuration, integration, and data migration from legacy systems.
  • Project Management: Manage the project timeline, budget, and risk while ensuring effective user training and adoption.

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on CRM implementation and business process improvement.
  • CRM Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CRM systems and technology integration, including data migration and configuration.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget, and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across various functions.
