Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team at Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group. As a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Solutions Expert, you will lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, and propose innovative CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM Implementation Projects: Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored CRM solutions.
  • Configure and Customize CRM Applications: Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to configure and customize applications to meet client needs.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful CRM implementation.
  • Conduct Workshops and Training: Deliver workshops and training sessions for clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless CRM adoption.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience as a Technical Consultant specializing in CRM Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in.NET, C#, JavaScript, and relevant programming languages.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading CRM implementation projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
