N Consulting Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital CRM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in the Customer Service domain, and have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing robust CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative CRM solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform technologies.
  • Develop custom applications using Power Platform Dataverse tables to meet specific business requirements.
  • Automate complex business processes through the implementation of Power Automate Flows, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficiently utilize C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, and the Microsoft CRM SDK (MSD developer kit) for plugin development, business process flows, business rules, and form/view customization within the Dynamics 365 Customer Service online environment.
  • Design robust security models and implement related out-of-the-box configurations within the Dynamics 365 online environment to ensure data integrity and user access control.
  • Integrate applications seamlessly using Azure services such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
  • Leverage third-party integration tools like Kingsway Soft, Scribe REST API, ODATA, and SSIS Packages to connect Dynamics 365 with external systems.
  • Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices using Azure DevOps to streamline development workflows and ensure code quality.
  • Adhere to established standards and best practices throughout the application development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines.

  • Relevant Microsoft and/or Power Platform certifications are highly valued (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect, Power Platform Developer, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Dynamics 365).
