Job Description

Apollo Solutions is seeking a seasoned CRM Project Lead to spearhead the implementation of our CRM Solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the sourcing and delivery of our CRM Solution, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our current CRM delivery needs, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and business leads from all functions to understand and document detailed requirements, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Develop a clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables, working closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure a successful implementation.
  • Research and evaluate potential CRM solutions that align with our business needs, providing recommendations for the best-fit partner/system.
  • Facilitate vendor presentations and demonstrations, ensuring that our stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Lead the decision-making process to select the best-fit partner/system, working collaboratively with our stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Develop third-party integrations, ensuring seamless data migration from legacy systems.
  • Agree on the implementation process with the chosen provider, ensuring that our project timelines and milestones are met.
  • Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure a successful implementation.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the new system, ensuring that our stakeholders are trained and supported throughout the process.
  • Ensure effective data migration from legacy systems, minimizing disruption to our business operations.
  • Implement user training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the organization, ensuring that our stakeholders are equipped to maximize the benefits of our CRM Solution.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure the project stays on track and within budget, providing regular updates to our stakeholders.
  • Develop communication, training, and release strategies, ensuring that our stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with CRM implementation projects, with a strong understanding of CRM and technology.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, balanced with the willingness to be hands-on in achieving objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
