Actemium Mechanical Business Unit Administrator

Actemium Mechanical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Unit Administrator to join our rapidly growing Mechanical Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Business Unit, providing exceptional support to our General Manager and team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the administration function within the Business Unit, ensuring a high level of service to employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Support the Business Unit Finance Team in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative and office duties to aid the smooth running of the Business Unit.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of data and transactions.
- Assist with new starter paperwork and maintenance of HR Records.
- Track annual leave and sickness within the Business Unit.
- Provide HR Support, including record updating and assisting with new starter paperwork.
- Strong administrative background with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desirable: Experience with SAP systems and previous experience working in a project-based environment.
