Actemium Mechanical Business Unit Administrator

Actemium Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Unit Administrator to join our rapidly growing Mechanical Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the administration functions within the Business Unit, providing an excellent and consistent administrative service to all stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the administration function within the Business Unit, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Unit General Manager and team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Liaise with the Business Unit Finance Team to ensure compliance with internal control requirements and business unit reporting obligations.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative background with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong IT skills, with experience in using SAP systems an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a friendly and approachable manner.
