Key Responsibilities
  • Reception
    • Deliver a high-level meet and greet service, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
    • Manage deliveries, including couriers and post, and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
    • Provide general administration support to the team.
  • Building Management
    • Work closely with the off-site Building Manager to report and resolve any building issues.
    • Manage contractors visiting the building, issuing keys as required and updating the progress log.
    • Produce a weekly update report for key stakeholders.
  • Tenant Engagement
    • Develop a good understanding of the local area and maintain a local amenities information file.
    • Work collaboratively with your job share to research, develop, and communicate initiatives to increase tenant enjoyment.
    • Create and develop a monthly e-newsletter for tenants.
    • Set up and manage social media accounts for the building, ensuring content is on brand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front of house reception role in an office environment.
  • Personable and proactive with a confident manner and ability to deliver impeccable customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Confident to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent PC user and confident using Microsoft Office and social media applications.
