Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Weavers Pub. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals and snacks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, with experience in leading a team and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene. You will be expected to work closely with students and trainees who use the centre for training opportunities, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals and snacks
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
  • Work closely with students and trainees, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong background in kitchen management
  • Experience in leading a team and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene
