Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Weavers Pub. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals and snacks.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, with experience in leading a team and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene. You will work closely with our students and trainees, providing guidance and support to help them develop their culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective service
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
  • Work closely with students and trainees to develop their culinary skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
