Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Omega is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct HR metrics analysis to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
