HR Business Partner Opportunity

Omega, a global leader in the aerospace and defence industry, is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join their team.

In this role, you will play a key part in executing the company's HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, change management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and more.

Using HR metrics, you will deliver data-driven people solutions that are efficient, effective, and flexible.

You will provide support or deliver training on various Human Resources topics, including interviewing, coaching, and recruiting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and proven progressive experience in an operations environment.

Knowledge of HR/people systems and experience working in an industrial company, specifically aerospace and defence, is highly preferred.

Benefits include 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, private health care options, and a highly competitive pension scheme.

Candidates with experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Director, Senior HR Partner, or HR Manager may be suitable for this position.
