Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

At Omega, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, change management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure the organization has the necessary workforce with the capability to deliver core services efficiently and effectively, while managing labor costs and developing future bench strength.
  • Provide support and deliver training on various HR topics, including interviewing, coaching, and performance management.
  • Conduct recruiting processes, including interviews and selection, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and monitor career paths and champion performance development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and proven progressive experience in an operations environment.
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders, including leaders and employees.
  • Knowledge of HR/people systems and demonstrated functional knowledge of governmental regulations and laws that impact the employment relationship.
  • Experience working in an industrial company, specifically aerospace and defense, is highly preferred.
