About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering sales results for our clients and expanding our network and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide market intelligence to the department by gathering client-based industry data and staying up-to-date on new trends, brands, and evolving consumer habits.
  • Support in identifying relevant categories and prospects, defining property- and brand-specific narratives, outlining opportunities to up-sell current partners, and building demand for the respective properties.
  • Compile comprehensive background analyses of prospective sponsors and their industry sectors.
  • Create market-leading sales materials for identified target brands and incumbent sponsors, including information gathering, defining key sales messages, and structuring presentation decks.
  • Set up meetings with target brands and attend and participate in certain sales meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience in sponsorship sales across the sports and/or entertainment industry.
  • Good understanding of major players, competitors, and market trends within the industry.
  • Ability to efficiently support the team in selling and negotiating and build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in qualifying leads, generating appointments, and demonstrating resilience in working to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint or a similar design software.
