Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for a range of financial duties, including:

  • Purchase ledger: Process and reconcile purchase invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Sales ledger: Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and process and reconcile sales invoices.
  • Handling queries: Respond to queries from clients and suppliers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

Benefits and Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in purchase and sales ledger is essential.
  • Professional communication skills are required, both verbal and written, as you will liaise with clients, suppliers, and colleagues on a daily basis.
  • Good knowledge of Excel is necessary, and experience of SAP is advantageous.
