Job Title: Compensation Specialist

Overview:

Your new role at a renowned manufacturing organisation in Irvine, partnered exclusively with Hays, offers flexible working hours as a Part-Time Payroll Administrator.

This office-based position allows for 3 days of work per week, between Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (with an early finish at 4:00 pm on Fridays).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll for 220 weekly and 50 monthly employees
  • Analyse data and check for variances
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Handle bank journals and payroll account reconciliations
  • Administer year-end returns and payments to third parties
  • Manage sundry payroll matters such as P45/P60

Requirements:
  • Relevant payroll experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with both weekly and monthly payrolls
