Our estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze compensation programs
  • Assist with job documentation and salary administration
  • Conduct surveys and analyze results for compensation planning
  • Develop administrative procedures and administer special compensation plans

Requirements:

  • Track record of data analysis within a Reward Function
  • Strong numerical acumen and ability to reason with numerical information
  • Good knowledge of compensation packages and market trends
  • Ability to work to deadlines and strong project/time management skills
