About the Role

Bamford Contract Services Ltd seeks a skilled Neighbourhood Environmental Team Manager to oversee the delivery of key services in Rochdale.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation of projects aimed at enhancing services and achieving positive outcomes through collaborations with external partners.
  2. Successfully manage employees, resources, and performance to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Cultivate and develop caretaking, grounds maintenance, and independent living scheme cleaners to ensure optimal service delivery.
  4. Implement effective performance management strategies to allocate resources efficiently and meet targets.
  5. Recognise and implement training and development opportunities for staff growth and improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in team management and service delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively with external partners.
  • Familiarity with grounds maintenance and pest control procedures.

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
