Family Support Team Lead

Ashberry Recruitment is seeking a skilled Family Support Team Lead to oversee the management of 10 Family Support and Protection Teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead by example and provide direct supervision to Advanced Practitioners and Social Workers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of Social Workers and Family Support Workers
• Provide direct supervision and support to staff members
• Collaborate with multi-agency setups and external organizations
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve family safeguarding outcomes
• Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of team initiatives
Key Qualifications and Skills:
• DIPSW or equivalent Social Work qualification
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced and in-date DBS certificate
• Strong leadership and communication skills
