We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Lifetime Opportunities. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for supervising staff on shift, leading by example to ensure they provide high-quality care.
  • You will assist and support the manager to run the service in line with standards and legislation.
  • You will complete daily tasks within the home, including budgeting and domestic duties.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a care setting supporting children and young people.
  • Supervisory experience in a care setting.
  • Flexible approach and good organisation skills.
  • A full UK driving license is required.

Benefits:

  • £10 per hour plus sleeps and on-call payments.
  • £6 weeks annual leave increasing to £6.6 weeks annual leave.
