About the Role

As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live their best lives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene
  • Supporting individuals at meal times
  • Understanding and addressing individual health and wellbeing needs
  • Encouraging participation in social activities
  • Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect
  • Completing and maintaining accurate care records

Our team values relevant experience and qualifications, but they are not essential for this role. We are looking for individuals who share our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork.
