Join Our Team as a Therapeutic Support Worker

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Therapeutic Support Worker for our award-winning community public care support service. As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will be working in a dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic programmes to young adults. You will be empowered to make positive changes in the lives of our service users, providing first-class recovery support care in a leading working environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with complex individuals. You will be required to manage support co-ordination that meets the needs of both community members and stakeholders. In return for your commitment, we offer a competitive rate of pay of £15.25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering interventions and bringing innovation to our therapeutic programme
  • Working closely with the team to implement, develop, and evaluate the therapeutic programme
  • Ensuring effective quality care co-ordination that meets the needs of our service users
