About the Role:

CV-Library is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join our compassionate home care team in Redcar and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will provide high quality care and support to enable people to remain in their own home, living a fulfilled life that respects their diversity, culture, and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing person-centred care and support to individuals in all aspects of daily living, duties include:
    • Personal care - assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, medication management, catheter care, meal preparation.
    • Daily activities - companionship including outings and social activities, shopping, light housework duties, benefit collection.
    • Maintaining accurate records using the care planner app.
Requirements:
  1. Care certificate and previous experience in a similar role would be ideal.
  2. Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
