Job Description

As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medication, and providing emotional support and companionship.

Our care assistants work as part of a close-knit team, following individual care plans and adapting to the unique needs of each client. You will be required to demonstrate resilience, empathy, and excellent communication skills in order to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications

While prior experience in social care is not necessary, we do require a compassionate and caring approach. You will need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our comprehensive training program.
