About the Role

The Support Worker will work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to develop trusting relationships and provide tailored support. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, administering medication, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including daytime, evening, weekend, and sleep-in shifts
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing person-centred care and support, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided, as well as the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Benefits

Creative Support offers a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS. We also offer full training and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
