Sales and Partnership Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Development Director to join our team at Holt Executive. As a leading innovator in navigation and robotics for autonomous systems and sensing solutions, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to drive business expansion in the EMEA region, focusing on the Defence Industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To drive top-line revenue and orders by expanding growth with existing customers, acquiring new customers, and driving upsells by fostering the adoption and use of our products, solutions, and services.
  • To own the end-to-end sales process, from lead to prospect to close, bringing the company's solutions to new and existing customers.
  • To work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and others to execute the company's Go-To-Market strategies.

Salary: £100,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
